This Elliptical Machine features 12 Speed Levels and 12 Workout Modes.  This allows you to diversify your exercise routine to accomodate your needs, whether it is rehabilitation after an injury or strength or aerobic training.  You choose the speed and mode you want. 

This Elliptical Machine features HR (Manual) & Auto Modes.  In the HR Mode, you can adjust workout time (15-30 min), speed (1-12) and direction (forward & reverse) by Remote Control, or with the push of a button on the elliptical machine. In Auto Mode, these settings are pre-programmed. Speed changes every minute, and Direction every 3 minutes.

The forward and backward direction of the elliptical provide for a complete leg exercise training.

The machine though is not designed to be used while standing up.

The LCD monitor tracks time, distance, counts and calories burned in real-time.

The Remote Control allows you to adjust the elliptical without bending over, thereby protecting your waist and back. 

The Mute Setting ensures an ultra-quiet workout without disturbing others.
